AUNDE Group belongs to the leading automotive suppliers worldwide. Our companies produce textiles, leathers and seats for automobiles as well as springs in more than 90 factories in 26 countries for the world's leading automotive manufacturers. The reasons for our internationalisation are local markets and the proximity to customers. The bigger part of our products stays in those countries they are produced in.

Our success is based on the integrated AUNDE management system. AUNDE Group is managed transnationally using this system in connection with the local management at our production sites.

An example of this strategy is Turkey where we are producing since the year 1989. While our integrated management system provides the framework, we rely on the experience and the cultural background of our managers at our production sites. We really appreciate this cultural diversity and believe that it leads to high creativity and makes AUNDE Group one of the leading automotive suppliers. Turkey in particular is very successful in adapting this integrated management system. Our managers in that country belong to the leading international management personnel.
