We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team. Daily tasks will include building, launching, and cultivating long-lasting partnerships. The ideal candidate will have prior B2B knowledge and/or experience in the manufacturing industry. He/she will have experience in locating and proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners, and discovering and exploring opportunities. This includes screening potential business deals by analyzing and researching market strategies. The business development manager will also be in charge of developing negotiating strategies and positions, closing new business deals, and enhancing the reputation of Global Success Club.
Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience; Experience in B2B and/or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in strategic planning, analyzing new markets, and researching potential business partners/deals.
• Have strong market knowledge in B2B and/or Manufacturing Industry.
• Be professional and protect organizations values.
• Experience in sales, sales planning, and meeting sales goals.
• Must have a Master's degree in International business, economics, marketing, or a similar field of study.
• Applicant must be fluent in English and German. Additional languages are a bonus.

Are you a young professional looking to gain more experience in communications?
We are looking to expand our growing communications team. As a communication assistant you will support our team by helping to implement communications projects and strategies, drafting and editing materials, and writing communications copy. We are searching for somebody who is passionate about communications and has an understanding of how to identify various communications channels, partners, and potential media relationships. He/she will assist the team in research and execution of communications plan, advertising, and social media. Our ideal candidate will preferably have experience in corporate and media relations and is eager to expand their knowledge. Additionally, applicants should have a desire to work in B2B communications within the manufacturing industry.
Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field of study.
• Proven experience as a communications assistant.
• Understanding of media and corporate relations, and digital media strategies.
• Proficient in MS office. Content management systems are a plus.
• Strong research and editing skills.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Social media marketing experience is a plus.
• Must be fluent in English.

Your role
• Self-responsible in the planning and implementation of international conferences as well as in-house events such as roundtables.
• Active participation in the acquisition of partners and sponsors
• Participation in the further development of our event platform and other event formats.
• Collaboration in the conception and design of print and digital marketing communication materials (flyers, brochures, invitation letters), presentations, etc.
Your profile
• Degree in the field of International Relations or Business
• Several years of experience in the conception and planning of conferences / events, ideally in an international environment.
• Interest and knowledge on our subjects: innovation, foreign trade, industry
• Good understanding of the German language, very good English skills in spoken and written English
• Good understanding of MS-Office package, experience with CMS and CRM software and knowledge of Adobe Suite would be a plus.
